I specialize in guiding people through a seamless transition to a plant-based lifestyle, empowering them to enhance their own health and that of their children and families. Evidence shows plant-based eating is very effective for weight management and reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, dementia, and many other chronic diseases enabling healthier and more fulfilling lives.
I provide support through coaching, education, recipes, food substitutions, and mindset techniques, enabling individuals to feel invigorated and self-assured in their ability to incorporate plant-based meals into their daily routines.
I personally embraced this transition while juggling a full-time medical career, parenthood, and marriage. I've successfully achieved better weight management and reduced my cholesterol without resorting to any form of dieting, medication, or excessive exercise. Rest assured, I'm here to assist you in achieving the same in a lot less time!

I discovered the benefits of eating whole food plant based in 2017 and love to support others who want to improve their health. I meet people where they are, and you don’t need to go 100% whole food plant-based unless you want to. Any movement along the continuum will improve your health.
